$130,000 - $170,000 Total Compensation
Base salary plus quarterly performance bonus. High performers consistently earn above the range. Total comp grows with you - there is no cap.
ORIGINATION BONUS - UNCAPPED, PAID ON EVERY CASE YOU BRING IN
Refer a case to the firm and earn one-third of the firm's fee at resolution - on top of your regular compensation. Most firms reserve this for partners. We offer it to every attorney from day one.

This role sits inside our Kansas City office. You'll work side-by-side with our litigation team to tackle complex fact, legal, and logistical issues - managing cases from the claim process through trial. WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage plaintiff personal injury caseloads from the claim process through litigation and trial
  • Interact and negotiate with insurance companies and defense counsel
  • Communicate and maintain positive client relationships throughout the life of each case
  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
  • Conduct and defend depositions
  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Active Missouri Bar license - required
  • At least one year of personal injury litigation experience preferred; strong candidates with relevant civil litigation background considered
  • Eligibility to obtain Kansas Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity)
