Job description

About the Role:
As the Director of Project Delivery, you will be responsible for leading the organization's overall project delivery functions, including project management and site management. In this position, you will use your extensive knowledge and experience in leading project operations to facilitate the successful execution of all IMI projects. Your position will eventually report to the Vice President of Operations, and you'll frequently collaborate with IMI Leadership, DCS Leadership, and other teams across both companies. We'll appreciate your reliability, your creativity, your problem-solving approach, your thirst for learning, and your servant leadership. Most of all, we'll appreciate that we can count on you to help us deliver the best customer and employee experience in the industry.
In this role, you will:
  • Direct the organization's Project Delivery operations, including project management, project coordination
  • Collaborate with DCS Program Management to ensure project delivery for core clients is of the highest standard
  • Continue to develop and execute the organization's overall Project Delivery strategies
  • Lead all the Project Delivery Team's sub-function personnel and ensure the career and skill development of your team
  • Engage in the sales process with all pre-contract functions to ensure that implementation plans are created currently and that all appropriate costs are included in the bidding process
  • Be responsible for the reporting of your department to ensure that organizational leadership is informed and confident regarding the delivery of projects
  • Research industry news and trends and enhance IMI's strategies and incorporate when advantageous
  • Innovate when possible, to lead the industry
  • Evaluate organizational project performance data to identify areas of opportunity and adapt as needed
