Director of Trauma Program (RN) | Fort Walton Beach, FL | $110K-$140K

We're seeking an experienced Nursing Director of Trauma Program to lead and grow a high-performing Trauma Services / Emergency & Critical Care program in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This is a key leadership role for a Trauma Program Manager / Director with strong clinical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and a passion for improving trauma patient outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Trauma Program operations, strategy, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with ACS Trauma Verification, Florida Department of Health, and regulatory standards
  • Oversee trauma registry, PI processes, and data-driven quality improvement
  • Collaborate with trauma surgeons, ER, ICU, and hospital leadership
  • Drive patient safety, clinical excellence, and trauma readiness
  • Manage staff, education, policies, and program development

What We're Looking For:

  • Active Florida RN license (or compact)
  • 5+ years of trauma, ER, or critical care nursing experience
  • Prior experience in Trauma Program leadership or coordination
  • Strong knowledge of trauma standards, registry, and PI processes
  • BSN required; MSN preferred
  • TNCC, BLS, ACLS required
