What you'll be responsible for:

As a key member of Circle's Partner Development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our global partnership strategy. You'll execute daily activities focused on supporting our go-to-market efforts. This includes managing inbound prospect interest, conducting targeted outreach, and supporting onboarding processes for Circle's various product and community offerings. Acting as a first point of contact for potential partners and customers, you'll build trusted relationships and ensure effective cross-functional coordination. Your focus will be on identifying high-potential partners within the USDC ecosystem and leveraging a variety of communication channels to engage, educate, and activate them.

What you'll work on:
  • Support and evangelize new and existing products and communities

  • Engage with businesses exploring Circle's product suite and Commercial opportunities

  • Qualify inbound prospect interest and route opportunities to the appropriate internal stakeholders

  • Present Circle's offerings clearly and effectively across meetings, demos, and events

  • Facilitate onboarding and activation of new community members through hands-on support

What you'll bring to Circle:
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing or partner-facing role with proven success in qualification or onboarding

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

  • Demonstrated ability to manage daily client meetings and a robust pipeline of relationships

  • Interest in and a prescriptive approach to understanding prospects needs and pain points

  • Deep curiosity for the fintech / crypto space and the future of global payments

  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, MacOS, and emerging AI technologies

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $86,000-$117,500
