 A day in the life: 

As the Principal Architect, Supply Chain & Digital Transformation, you will be an experienced supply chain and operations professional with a deep understanding of best business practices along with major system solutions implementations. Lead the effort to build a subject matter expert (SME) team, gather business requirements, design, build and implement systems and support hypercare, in close partnership with IT and cross-functional business groups. Lead efforts to drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation technologies throughout the organization, working extensively with internal business leaders, IT and external partners to improve employee productivity and meet the extremely complex demands of our global supply chain. Be a subject matter expert providing insight and support on global, cross-functional or regional initiatives.

The impact you'll make:
  • Serve as the main conduit between supply chain business teams and IT partners to support digital roadmap key strategies using best industry practices, data-driven decisions, and mature system solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements, prioritize based on solution cost/benefit analysis, present to leadership, and lead successful implementation roadmap.
  • Serve as the main business liaison between business functions of Sourcing & Procurement partners to support digital roadmap key strategies using best industry practices, data-driven decisions, and mature system solutions.
  • Identify inefficient business processes across supply chain and automate using digital solutions.
  • Identify, evaluate, select, and implement AI applications and solutions across operations organizations.
  • Identify, track, and coordinate cross program/project dependencies with proposed priorities.
  • Actively engage with operations leaders to identify business problems that are conducive to AI and/or automation solutions in line with Digital Transformation (DT) road map and vision
  • Be an active member of the DT leadership team within the organization. Ensure that digital transformation roadmaps and strategies align with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
  • Promote a culture for adoption of automation to improve process efficiency, productivity and effectiveness
 Who you are:
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in working with or in an IT business applications organization successfully aligning teams to a common business process and application adoption.
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in SAP Ariba, MM, Procurement Tools
  • Computer Skills Desired: Strong background with automation tools and platforms (e.g., RPA, Workflow automation, process mining, etc.). Strong background with SAP IBP, GATP, CPI, BTP S/4 Components with hands on experience
