Job description

The IT Intern will work with various teams across the IT department to assist with day-to-day operations and support in various IT projects and initiatives. This position will provide technical support and perform regular system updates and reviews to ensure data accuracy and security. This role will complete data entry and analysis for improvement and support in special projects as needed. The IT Intern will gain insight into the business' daily IT operations.

         Complete data entry and perform data analysis to support daily functions and process improvement.

         Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy of information.

         Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

         Help maintain and configure equipment such as computer and phone systems, and other IT equipment.

         Participate in system testing and assist in updates or installations.

         Prepare and organize data for entry into IT systems.

         Demonstrates the ability to follow strong cybersecurity practices in compliance with business regulations.

         Collaborate with IT Team members to support with daily operations and maintenance.

         Provide support on special projects as requested.
