  • Establish tool organization systems and permanent storage locations
  • Label inventory, toolboxes, and work areas
  • Support epoxy flooring and shop layout improvements
  • Organize storage areas and digitize tool inventory
  • Maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
  • Complete initial safety training and CPR/First Aid certification

Phase 2: Turbocharger Shop Support
  • Assist with disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and reassembly support
  • Shadow technicians and learn rebuild processes
  • Support workflow, tooling, and layout improvements
  • Continue shop organization and cleanliness initiatives
  • Complete additional technical and safety training
  • Follow safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout, rigging, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements

Your Responsibilities
  • Support shop efficiency, organization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace
  • Assist technicians and engineers with mechanical and service tasks
  • Participate in hands-on shop work
  • Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements

Your Background

  • Strong interest in hands-on, mechanical work
  • Ability to work in shop environment
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and initiative
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a team setting

Work Environment
  • Workshop only
  • Exposure to industrial equipment and conditions
  • Required PPE: steel-toe boots and safety glasses (at all times in shop to be provided)
  • Additional PPE provided as needed

What You'll Gain
  • Hands-on mechanical and manufacturing experience
  • Exposure to real-world engineering
  • Training in 5S, safety systems, and continuous improvement
  • Mentorship from experienced technicians and engineers
  • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful operational improvements
