Job description

Provides critical support to our design team as the go-to person for a variety of operational and administrative needs, helping the fast-paced creative design environment run smoothly and efficiently.

Team Coordination & Support

Meeting Support: Assist in managing agendas for leadership check-ins and Design Reviews; help capture and publish notes and next steps.

All-Hands Coordination: Support the planning of Design All-Hands meetings by creating presentation shells, coordinating with presenters, and publishing key takeaways.

Team Milestones: Manage calendar reminders and Slack workflows for important team events, trainings, performance management, and awards submissions.

Recognition & Rewards: Help coordinate the team's awards program and monthly swag selection process.

Logistics: Process monthly swag orders and coordinate shipping with the administrative assistant.

Design Operations

Budgeting: Process budget invoices for payment.

Team Information: Help maintain the team's organizational chart to ensure it is current.

Event Planning: Partner with the admin assistant to help plan and host team events.

Team Feedback: Assist in creating and distributing team surveys.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

Minimum Education

Community college diploma/equivalent
