Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking an ISSO/ISCM Lead to support the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). This position is a hybrid opportunity ( 2 days/week onsite at USAC HQ, Washington DC). Full time opportunity Competitive Salary 5 year contract supporting the USAC/FCC Job Description : Strategic coordination of compliance, authorization support, and end-to-end execution of the Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) program. Primary liaison to the USAC Office of the CISO. Key Responsibilities : Lead the RMF / A&A lifecycle ; keep SSPs, Configuration Management Plans, and Disaster Recovery Plans current Own the ISCM program; facilitate internal controls testing and Security Control Assessments (SCA) per NIST 800-53A Manage the full lifecycle of POA&Ms, risk acceptances, and configuration deviations tracked to the authorization boundary Liaison between business functions and the Office of the CISO; coordinate weekly security meetings Collect and quality-assure investigation artifacts for internal/external audits ( FISMA, OIG ) Required Education, Experience, & Skills 8+ yrs RMF/A&A and continuous monitoring in a FISMA / FedRAMP environment Deep NIST 800-37 / -53 Rev.

5 / -53A / -137 fluency; GRC tooling (Xacta or equivalent) POA&M lifecycle management and federal audit (FISMA/OIG) support track record Bachelor's in Cyber / IT / related (or equivalent) Security Clearance : N/A US Citizenship is required and ability to obtain security clearance as needed. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: TBD Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
