They are seeking a Director of Product Management for Marketplace & Auctions, responsible for driving conversion, liquidity, and revenue performance while integrating AI into core product capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Own Marketplace performance as a system (demand, supply, pricing, conversion, call center, post-reservation)
• Identify root causes of performance issues and drive corrective actions through product strategy and development
• Connect signals across channels (SEO, Paid, Affiliate, Ops) to inform decisions
• Ensure product investments improve system-level outcomes (CM, liquidity, conversion efficiency)
• Act as an extension of the GM, increasing decision velocity and clarity
• Reduce friction by bringing structured thinking and clear recommendations
• Define and evolve operating frameworks (decision architecture, performance loops)
• Own end-to-end funnel performance (traffic → reservation → move-in)
• Improve CVR, MIR, revenue per session, and marketplace liquidity
• Prioritize and deliver the highest-impact growth and monetization opportunities
• Lead disciplined product discovery to identify friction and opportunity
• Own a clear, outcome-driven roadmap aligned to business priorities

Qualifications:
Required:
• 8–12+ years of product management experience, including two-sided marketplaces

• Proven player-coach with a track record of driving outcomes
• Deep experience with experimentation and data-driven decision making
• Experience applying AI/ML to real product and business problems
• Ability to operate effectively with executive stakeholders
• All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
