Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Direct Labor Recruiter located in Dallas, TX.
Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, the Direct Labor Recruiter role is responsible for a variety of direct labor recruitment activities to ensure the organizations' recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable. This position will be supporting the recruiting for non-exempt positions such as Mechanical Assembly, Electrical Wiring, Welding, and Warehouse.
What a typical day looks like:
  • Prepare job advertisements, web postings, and job descriptions.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate interviews.
  • Respond to recruitment enquiries while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
  • Contact candidates, arrange interviews, and develop plan for interview questions in collaboration with the hiring team.
  • Conduct interviews, check references, and recommend candidates.
  • Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Prepare job offer materials.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment venues.
  • Ensure compliance with external regulations (OFCCP, EEOC) and internal policies/procedures.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in an HR related function
  • Minimum 2 years of HR-related work experience (recruiting experience highly preferred)
  • Microsoft Office and Workday (or Applicant Tracking System) experience required
  • Knowledge of research and sourcing skills - including use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search methods.
  • Know how to identify top performers and determine cultural fit.
  • Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects & candidates
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to network and collaborate in a team environment.
