The Recruiter / HR Generalist is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts while supporting comprehensive human resources functions, including employee relations, payroll compliance, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
This role requires strong knowledge of Connecticut labor laws, DPH regulations, FMLA, CT Paid Leave, and wage and hour laws to ensure smooth HR operations within a healthcare/homecare setting.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and maintains HR certifications such as SHRM-CP and FPC or CPP.
