Collection Specialist Supervisor
Resort Recovery Solutions, LLC – San Diego, CA 92123
Full-time | $50,000 – $60,000 per year (DOE) + Commission + Bonus
Job Summary

Resort Recovery Solutions is seeking a high-energy, motivating, and experienced Collections Supervisor to lead our boutique call center in Serra Mesa, San Diego. The ideal candidate will oversee both the Collections and Customer Servicing teams, manage daily operations, and maintain a personal portfolio of accounts. This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of 5–7 collection agents and CSR reps, providing coaching, training, and daily support.
  • Manage your own block of accounts while helping the team reach their performance goals.
  • Oversee daily operations for the Collections and Customer Servicing departments.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize computer systems and technology to streamline processes and increase productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with FDCPA and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of collections experience, or powerful CSR skills. Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
  • Proven leadership experience in supervising/managing, coaching, and motivating a team.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with the capability to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and technology.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience/knowledge of Timeshare or Hotel Operations is a plus.
