This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a District Sales Manager in Washington or Oregon with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
  • Manage your territory with enthusiasm and passion through strategic planning and implementation.

  • Build and cultivate existing business and lasting relationships with manufacturer representative agents and our key partners, resulting in rewarding sales.

  • Collaborate with our local agent network to identify and develop new partnerships.

  • Be at the forefront of supporting our agents in working to develop a comprehensive marketing budget designed to support the Cooper Lighting Solutions annual marketing and sales efforts with our channel partners.

  • Analyze and review sales data to formulate trends and opportunities in your region.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of proven sales experience in a comparable industry

  • 5+ years of experience managing agents and working with manufacturer representative agencies in a multi-state sales territory

  • Solid knowledge of working with channel partners

  • Able to maintain a consistent approach working with manufacturer representatives supporting complex opportunities and challenges, resulting in rapid and efficient solutions

  • Reside in Washington or Oregon and can travel 50 - 60% to visit with agents, end users, and the Cooper Lighting HQ

Everything we'll do for you

Salary:$121,000 - $176,000 based on experience

Bonus:Target 35% Sales Incentive Bonus
