About the Opportunity

Location: Rochester, NY (Onsite)
Pay: $18–$20/hour - Contract to hire 
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

TES Staffing is partnering with a global leader in workplace technology to hire a Contract & Billing Specialist for their Rochester team.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage assigned contract billing accounts from setup through ongoing maintenance
  • Review contracts for accuracy and ensure proper system setup
  • Maintain billing data including pricing, terms, and customer details
  • Analyze monthly billing reports and investigate discrepancies
  • Process rebills, adjustments, renewals, and contract updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues with urgency and attention to detail
  • Partner with internal teams and external contacts to keep everything running smoothly
  • Participate in client conversations as needed to support account accuracy
  • Track key metrics and proactively identify potential issues
  • Jump in on special projects and process improvements

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in areas like:
    • Contract administration
    • Billing / invoicing
    • Customer service
    • Reporting or data analysis
  • Strong understanding of billing processes and attention to detail
  • Experience handling complex issues and finding solutions independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience preferred)
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
