Job Title: Contract Administration

Location: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 remote after training)

Schedule: Full-time

About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Contract Analyst to audit and process lease and retail contracts with accuracy and efficiency. This is a fast-paced, production-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys independent work and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and input contracts into internal systems with high accuracy
• Verify financial data and ensure all documentation meets requirements
• Identify discrepancies and communicate findings clearly
• Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong data entry and attention to detail
• Experience in auto finance, banking, or customer service
• Solid math and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and navigating multiple systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience with retail/lease contracts
• Prior audit or accounting exposure

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
