Job description

Assistant Superintendent - BlueLine Construction
BlueLine Construction is growing quickly, and we're looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals ready to start their careers in construction. This full-time, salaried role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and multiple career paths.
What You'll Do
  • Support pre-construction planning and site mobilization
  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, drawings, and documentation
  • Assist with procurement, subcontract drafting, and material tracking
  • Support QA/QC processes, inspections, and punch lists
  • Help with closeout packages and turnover documentation
  • Remains in compliance with the company safety program and attends all safety meetings
  • Travel and temporary relocation to project sites as needed. Usually 10 days on, 4 days off.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management or related experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to use basic Microsoft software as well as Construction Management software
  • Ability to work in field conditions (heights, weather, lifting up to 50 lbs)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
