Job Purpose A PC LAN Specialist II provides desktop and user-level technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, and related equipment. Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues, installs and maintains technology assets, and assists with inventory tracking and departmental projects under the supervision of senior technical staff.
