In this role, you will be a key partner to project teams and subcontractors, helping ensure labor compliance documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready. Your work will make a direct impact on project success while giving you exposure to fast-moving, high-visibility construction operations.

WHAT YOUโ€™LL DO:

Keep compliance documentation organized and on schedule

  • Track and collect weekly certified payroll, pay stubs, and timesheets from subcontractors
  • Maintain organized project documentation in designated systems (Box, SharePoint, or equivalent)
  • Ensure all required compliance documents are received, complete, and properly filed by project, subcontractor, and reporting period

Support certified payroll review and follow-up

  • Assist in reviewing certified payroll submissions for completeness and accuracy
  • Verify alignment with applicable labor classifications, wage rates, and hours worked under the Project
  • Identify missing information, inconsistencies, or errors and communicate required corrections
  • Track payroll submission and review status to ensure timely completion

Track apprenticeship compliance requirements

  • Track apprentice labor hours and total labor hours by project and subcontractor
  • Maintain documentation supporting apprenticeship requirements, including:
    • Participation requirements
    • Apprentice-to-journey worker ratios
    • Registered apprenticeship program documentation
  • Assist in identifying potential compliance gaps and escalate issues as needed

Partner with subcontractors and project teams

  • Provide guidance and support to subcontractors regarding:
    • Document submission requirements
    • Missing or incomplete information
    • Required corrections

WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT:

Education/Certification:

  • High school diploma required; bachelorโ€™s degree preferred.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in project administration, project coordination, compliance support, or a related administrative role.
  • Possess excellent computer skills utilizing MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint), LCP Tracker.
  • Experience in construction, EPC, engineering, installation, or another project-based environment preferred.

If you are ready to bring your organization, follow-through, and construction administration skills to a team where your work truly matters, weโ€™d love to hear from you.
