Job Description

The IT Intern will assist with the day-to-day IT functions of the various networked offices, which include, assisting with the configuration of office equipment, assisting employees with computer network and communication system issues, IT onboarding for new hires, responding to IT support tickets, and other task associated with day to day office needs. This position will report directly to the IT Manager and will involve a variety of business functions, including but not limited to:

  • Assist new employees with computer setup
  • Assist in IT coordination between offices
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the IT manager.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in accredited program in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Computer & IS Security, Information Technology, Computer Systems Engineering, or something similar.
  • A+ certified is a plus
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency with Excel and Word
  • Self-starter, ability to work well with others under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently but smart enough to know when to ask for help, take initiative, and see projects through to completion.
  • Prior experience with Windows 10-11, Office 365, VMware, Windows Server a Plus
