Primary Purpose:
Maintain accurate attendance records for the campus. Under direct supervision, perform data entry including attendance, Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) data.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High School diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databases, and do word processing.
Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient keyboarding, file maintenance, and 10-key skills
Ability to meet established deadlines
Experience:
Two years data entry experience
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Instructional Management
1. Collect and enter attendance and PEIMS data into established database and verify accuracy of according to established procedures.
2. Prepare and print reports, including attendance reports, class or personnel rosters, end-of-semester reports, or accounting reports.
3. Maintain physical and computerized attendance records and class rosters.
4. Assist parent, students, and faculty with questions regarding student attendance.
5. Report all attendance problems to designated administrator.
6. Prepare and mail attendance letters.
7. Prepare VOE for students for drivers ed/ driver's license.
Other
8. Assist in campus office as needed.
9. Maintain confidentiality.
10. Other duties as assigned.
11. Assist at concierge desk when needed.

Personal computer or online computer terminal, printer, calculator, and copier.
