Job description

Job Overview:
The Audit Specialist will be responsible for conducting daily audits on electronic gaming devices, maintaining cage accountability, and reviewing NRT's. The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical skills, be proficient in using computer software such as Excel and Word, and have the ability to identify discrepancies during audits.
Essential Job Functions:
• Perform daily audits on electronic gaming devices, cage accountability, and NRT's.
• Summarizes, calculates and records numbers on various documents.
• Reviews, reconciles and verifies documents for proper completion.
• Investigates any discrepancies and variances identified while performing audits and issues exception reports.
• Performs W2G preparation, input and balancing.
• Review and accurately post revenues and expenses pertaining to audits.
• Ensure that all revenues/expenses are supported by properly authorized documentation and recorded to the proper account.
• Any and all other tasks or projects as assigned.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
• High School Diploma.
• Strong math skills.
• Experience with computer software, including Excel and Word
• Possess the cognitive ability to identify potential problem areas from information presented.
• Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
• Ability to be a TEAM player
• Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
• Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week, including holidays
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
Certifications:
Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.
