Job description

Position Title: SOFT SERVICES MANAGER

ESFM is the corporate facilities management (FM) division of Compass Group USA, a Gold-level Corporate Sustaining Partner of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and a Platinum Corporate Member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).

ESFM self-performs 80% of all FM services provided to clients. Our portfolio of solution categories includes Facilities Maintenance & Engineering, ESG Programming, Laboratory Support Services, Janitorial & Industrial Cleaning, Landscaping & Grounds Management, Workplace Solutions and Managed Services. 

This self-performance model creates a consistent hospitality experience for clients, resulting in higher engagement and productivity from their employees. ESFM's clients include many household names from the life sciences, technology, oil & gas and manufacturing markets.

Job Summary

ESFM is seeking a Unit Manager, Business Services, to join our organization. The Business Services Manager will oversee and coordinate all soft services operations across the facility to ensure a safe, clean, efficient, and high-quality environment for employees and visitors. This role is responsible for managing service delivery, vendor performance, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE & WORKPLACE INITIATIVES 

Design, implement, and measure employee experience initiatives tailored to site needs and client goals, identifying gaps and opportunities to drive proactive workplace solutions.
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand their needs, translate challenges into actionable initiatives, and enhance overall soft services performance.
