Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Luminous Hotel Management is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to grow revenue across multiple hotel properties by securing corporate accounts, group business, and new partnerships.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and helping hotel teams hit their revenue goals.


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Drive corporate, group, and extended-stay business for multiple hotel locations
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate travel managers, event planners, and key accounts
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities and markets
  • Support property sales teams and collaborate with hotel leadership
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and regional performance
  • Represent the hotels at networking events, trade shows, and sales meetings
  • Travel within the region to meet clients and support properties


What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • 2โ€“5+ years of hotel sales experience (corporate, group, or regional preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate new business and grow revenue
  • Strong communication, networking, and closing skills
  • Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple properties
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region

REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience in event planning or hospitality preferred, Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, Strong communication and customer service skills, Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings & Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
