With over 90 locations throughout Florida, we are committed to delivering a premium customer experience. Our team of trained wireless experts is focused on providing valuable solutions to meet the wireless needs of our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Provide training and support to team members on wireless products, services, and customer engagement techniques.

- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team productivity.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.


Skills and Qualifications:
