Role Summary
Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Audi Brand Specialist to join our team. The Audi Brand Specialist plays a key role in delivering a premium sales experience that aligns with the luxury reputation of the Audi brand.

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and providing information about vehicles and services.
  • Understand customers' needs and preferences to recommend the best brand models and features.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from vehicle selection and test drives to financing and closing the sale.
  • Educate customers about the brand's innovative features, including electric and hybrid technologies.
  • Follow up with potential customers and leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the dealership.
  • Prepare and process sales contracts, financing applications, and other required documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining the appearance and organization of the showroom and lot, ensuring vehicles are clean and properly displayed.
  • Maintain contact with client's post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Deliver a customer experience that reflects the sophistication of the Audi brand.

  • Sales experience, preferably in the automotive or luxury retail industry.
