JOB SUMMARY

Provide business and administrative support on the planning and coordinating of activities related to projects of the Company. This position is specifically located at a data center site in Reno, NV.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Pull insurance for construction projects. Pull permits for projects and track permit status. Document Control – i.e. scan and save as build drawings, permits, etc. Receive service calls and schedule technicians. Update and maintain bid tracking sheet. Assist with aging report and payment collection. File and maintain project folders. Update internal manpower and job list. Assist with job close out documents. Assist with submittals. Contact General Contractor's for verification of union projects. Write purchase orders per the direction of the PM and have PM sign according to the approval policy. Update estimating calendar. Assist with receiving T&M tickets from the field, verifying accurate and prepare for billing. Additional duties as assigned.
