Property: Canopy by Hilton - COA Rooftop Bar/Restaurant

Reports to: Rooftop General Manager

This role is ideal for a passionate and creative individual with a commitment to excellence in both beverage quality and guest experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Deliver a memorable experience to guests by exuding hospitality and maintaining beverage standards set by the company.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Maintain proper of the bar throughout shift. This includes stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on set parts.
  • Responsible for maintaining stock and all prep according to prep bar sheets daily to ensure product quality.
  • Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Input orders into point of sale, creating a check for each guest.
  • Perform any other jobrelated duties as assigned.
  • REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • 3 years of bartending experience in a fine dining restaurant is required.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts that include evening, weekends, and holidays.
  • Tips Trained and Food Handlers certification are all highly preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will be organized and able to work with a sense of urgency and seek guest satisfaction throughout the shift.
