    • Continuously develop, manage and optimize integrated marketing budget as plans evolve.
  • PR, Partnerships & Cultural Relevance
    • Partner with communications agency and internal stakeholders to develop earned media strategies that build brand awareness, credibility, and cultural relevance.
    • Identify press-worthy brand moments, company stories, trend angles and consumer insights that can generate earned media coverage.

  • Social, Influencer, Ambassador and Community Oversight
    • Support team members in fostering brand love through targeted, one-on-one consumer interactions across social, influencer and consumer conversation management.
    • Amplifying this brand love through strategic loyalty tactics, including our consumer ambassador program (Clio Cravings Club) and college and university initiatives.
    • Guide consumer response, ensuring timely, empathetic, and on-brand interactions that strengthen consumer relationships
  • Website, E-Commerce, Email/SMS Liaison
    • Partner with agency/contractor to support strategies that drive ecommerce traffic, product trial, conversion, repeat and loyalty.
    • Serve as the internal marketing liaison for website, ecommerce and email/SMS content, ensuring all efforts align with brand and key priorities
  • Thought Leadership/Team Management
    • Create breakthrough ideas to make our marketing communications stand out in a crowded, digital world.
    • Seek out and evaluate new business opportunities, tools and platforms to optimize marketing initiatives and ROI.
    • Identify and manage the correct external partners (agencies and freelancers, technology companies, etc.) to bring about flawless execution and negotiate contracts and deals where appropriate.
    • Spearhead events and partnership strategy and execution.
    • Develop, coach and mentor direct report(s).

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, preferably in CPG, food & beverage, snacking, wellness, or high-growth consumer brands.
