You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to coordinate kitchen operations, help guide the team during service, and ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and timing.

This role is hands-on and fast-paced, with the opportunity to take ownership of your station and contribute to the overall success of each event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques, timing, and execution under pressure
  • Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision during service
  • Experience running a station or assisting in leading a shift
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Banquet or hotel kitchen experience
  • Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Experience in a leadership or trainer role within a kitchen
