Chaparral is seeking an organized, proactive, and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Position Description
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents with accuracy and professionalism
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events, ensuring efficient time management
  • Greet and assist onsite guests, providing exceptional customer service
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and manage inquiries effectively
  • Prepare weekly payroll reporting and maintain accurate records
  • Support new hire onboarding, including documentation and orientation
  • Perform general office tasks and provide support as needed
Position Requirements
  • Previous experience in office administration or related fields
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
