Position Title: Licensed Telehealth Clinician (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Location: Remote (Must reside in the U.S. and be licensed in California)

Compensation: $57 - $67 hourly (W-2 employment with benefits)

Responsibilities
• Maintain a minimum of 13 billable sessions per week
• Provide psychotherapy to children, teens, and/or adults via a secure telehealth platform
• Develop individualized treatment plans and safety plans when needed
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including collaborative note writing
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with office staff, colleagues, and clients
• Optional participation in bi-weekly consultation group and peer support opportunities
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in compliance with state regulations and licensure board guidelines
• Uphold client confidentiality and privacy in a remote setting
• Establish and maintain a private, secure, and distraction-free home office space
• We strongly prefer candidates who are currently paneled or have prior experience being credentialed with insurance providers, as this helps streamline the onboarding and credentialing process.
Additional responsibilities may be added or modified as organizational needs evolve.
Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist)
• Applicants must reside in California. and hold a valid California license
• New licensees are encouraged to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in or willingness to learn EHR systems and remote tools
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive team
• Reliable internet connection, computer, and phone for remote work
• Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and client-centered care
Preferred Qualifications
• Training in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or IFS
• Previous experience delivering telehealth services
• Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus
• Excellent time management, organization, and interpersonal skills
