Job description

Description:

We are seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Project Manager to oversee clinical trial supply planning and execution across multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the sourcing, packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory management of investigational medicinal products (IMPs) and related supplies throughout the clinical trial lifecycle. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, project management skills, and regulatory knowledge to ensure reliable drug supply to clinical sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing appropriate drug supply plans across all phases of a clinical trial, including forecasting and managing investigational product demand.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for trial materials (including drugs, consumables, and auxiliary equipment), as well as labeling and packaging print vendors.
  • Lead the design and/or review of label text and packaging mock-ups.
  • Communicate drug supply plans and timelines to internal functional teams, sponsors, and CROs; coordinate depot activities including receipt, repackaging, labeling, inventory management, distribution, temperature control, returns, and destruction.
  • Monitor drug stock levels at depots and clinical sites to ensure uninterrupted drug supply throughout the study.
  • Provide input on IRT (Interactive Response Technology) specifications to optimize drug utilization and prevent supply shortages at sites.
  • Collaborate with IRT vendors to design and manage reporting systems for drug usage, forecasting, and depot-level inventory tracking across the project lifecycle.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or above; background in Pharmacy preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical project management or pharmaceutical supply chain; prior team management experience is a plus.
  • Familiar with ICH-GCP, China GCP, GMP, GSP, and WHO GDP regulations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience with cross-timezone collaboration
