You'll also engage with external stakeholders such as customers, partners, investors, and board members, helping ensure high-stakes interactions run smoothly.
Success in this role means acting as a true partner-anticipating needs, handling confidential matters with discretion, and creating structure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your work will enable the CRO to operate effectively across competing priorities, while strengthening communication, planning, and execution across critical Go-To-Market and revenue leadership activities.
What you'll be doing
Calendar & Prioritization
  • Own a complex, fast-moving calendar with heavy internal and external stakeholder volume across multiple time zones.
  • Prioritize the CFO's time like a business operator, balancing competing demands and shifting business needs.
  • Anticipate conflicts, dependencies, and time-sensitive windows before they become issues.
  • Resolve scheduling challenges proactively and with minimal guidance.
Travel & Executive Operations
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics with precision, including visas, multi-leg itineraries, and last-minute pivots.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports for the office of the CFO.
  • Track budgets related to the CFO office with strong attention to detail.
Board, Customer, Investor & GTM Support
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, customer meetings, partner meetings, and investor briefings.
  • Support the preparation and formatting of board packs, customer-facing materials, investor decks, and executive presentations.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, revenue operations, legal, and other internal stakeholders to deliver polished materials for senior audiences.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential financial, corporate, and personnel information with utmost discretion.
Communication & Meeting Coordination
  • Act as the central coordination point for the CRO's direct reports and the broader Go-To-Market function to keep communication flowing efficiently.
  • Prepare agendas for recurring and ad hoc meetings.
  • Take notes and track action items to support follow-through and accountability.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to streamline departmental workflow and cross-functional communications.
KPIs
  • Complex calendar management across multiple time zones and GTM stakeholders
  • Timely coordination of domestic and international travel logistics
  • Efficient delivery of board meetings, customer meetings, partner meetings, and investor briefings
  • Accurate expense reporting and budget tracking for the office of the CRO
About You
  • 10+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives, with CFO/finance support preferred
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars, international travel logistics, and high-volume stakeholder interactions
  • Background in technology, financial services, or high-growth companies is a strong plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Slack and Teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities calmly and without error
  • Absolute discretion in handling sensitive financial, corporate, and personnel information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft polished correspondence independently
  • Executive presence and confidence when interacting with board members, investors, and senior leaders
  • Outstanding attention to detail, proactive problem-solving ability, and a high degree of personal accountability
What we can offer you
At Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact. We're building something extraordinary, and we want you at the core.
