This hands-on position plays a key role in pulling and processing orders for heavy equipment parts, supporting our technicians, service shops, and branch locations.

What Youโ€™ll Do as a Parts Worker:

  • Pull parts orders manually and using a forklift
  • Handle shipping and receiving of Caterpillar equipment parts
  • Expedite orders to support urgent field service and shop repairs
  • Process all orders accurately by the end of each shift
  • Check in incoming parts deliveries
  • Make or build hydraulic hoses as needed
  • Assist with loading/unloading the shuttle truck
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Previous forklift operation experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in non-climate-controlled areas
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with order systems
