Join our team as a Service BDC (Business Development Center) Operator and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service at our dealership!

As a Service BDC Operator, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and assisting customers with their service-related inquiries.

Your goal is to enhance the customer experience by providing timely and professional service while driving business growth for our service department.


Responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and help resolve customer concerns and complaints.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records of interactions. 

• Confirm service appointments. 
• When necessary, escalate complex or difficult issues to supervisors or other specialists for further assistance. 

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or automotive BDC is a plus
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional phone presence
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Interest in learning more about vehicle maintenance and dealership service operations
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

• Bilingual is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday    10:00am – 7:00pm


Every other Saturday (7:45am – 4:00pm)
