Requirements

Strategy & Execution: 

Develop and execute organic social media strategies for multiple brands, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. 

Manage and grow social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and  Pinterest. 

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video, and stories) tailored to each brand's identity. 

Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting. 

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster brand loyalty and advocacy. 

Content Creation & Management: 

Collaborate with in-house designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce high-quality, engaging content. 

Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant. 

Ensure each brand's voice and tone are consistently reflected across all social platforms. 

Leverage UGC (User-Generated Content), influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships to enhance engagement. 

Community Management & Engagement: 

Build and nurture online communities, encouraging conversation and interaction. 

Identify and engage with brand advocates, influencers, and industry leaders to expand reach. 

Manage social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and address concerns proactively. 

Analytics & Performance Tracking: 

Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, reach, impressions, etc.). 

Generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimization. 

A/B test content formats, post times, and engagement strategies to maximize effectiveness. 

Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall social media performance. 

Collaboration & Coordination: 

Work cross-functionally with marketing, PR, e-commerce, and product teams to support campaigns and promotions. 

Stay updated on competitors' social strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation. 

Coordinate with paid social teams to ensure organic and paid strategies are complementary. 

Train and support team members on social media best practices when necessary. 



Knowledge /Skills/Abilities

1+ years of experience in social media management, preferably handling multiple brands. 

Strong understanding of organic social media strategies, algorithms, and platform-specific best practices. 

Experience in content creation, including writing, graphic design, and video production. 

Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics). 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. 

Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands efficiently. 

Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital engagement. 

Knowledge of influencer marketing, trends, and social media compliance regulations is a plus.
