Job Summary:
Under routine supervision, this position will participate in a rotational program to utilize problem solving and quantitative methods to provide engineering solutions in various areas of the organization through well-defined projects.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire understanding of the organization's processes and systems to improve efficiency
  • Gain awareness and knowledge of quantitative methods, computer programming, optimization, and/or solution design to support data analysis
  • Solve problems related to process improvement by analyzing internal and external data, including, but not limited to operations, pricing, financial, and customer information
  • Present findings and solutions to business partners and/or customers with guidance from senior team members

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training

Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company's bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
