Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Carpenter / Remodeling Professional who is capable of managing and executing full residential remodeling projects from start to finish.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can think independently, problem-solve on site, communicate clearly, and maintain high-quality standards without constant supervision.

  • Perform and oversee all phases of residential remodeling work

  • Framing (walls, floors, structural modifications, additions)

  • Installation of doors, windows, and exterior trim

  • Interior trim carpentry (base, crown, casing, custom details)

  • Cabinet installation

  • Tile installation (floors, showers, backsplashes)

  • Drywall hanging and finishing (preferred)

  • Read and interpret plans and drawings

  • Coordinate daily tasks and manage workflow on site

  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

  • Communicate effectively with homeowners and company leadership

  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards

  • 5+ years experience in residential remodeling

  • Strong framing and finish carpentry skills

  • Proficiency with all major power tools and layout tools

  • Ability to work independently and manage projects

  • Reliable transportation
