RMT labor and delivery is a level IV perinatal center providing high level, quality care to all spectrums of the obstetrical patient. RMT labor and delivery is comprised of 27 inpatient beds, 10 bed OB Emergency department, 4 OR 's including a fetal surgery suite, HR transport, and 6 bed PACU. While the focus for our patient's care is obstetric, we take a holistic approach to care of the patients, maternal and fetal, to include complex medical, emotional, and social needs.

Experience in OB nursing a plus! BSN preferred.

Critical assessment skills

Fetal monitoring and assessment

Training for US PIV placement, Belmont rapid infuser, OBERT rapid assessment team, and simulation training

Opportunity to join Periop team who is involved in OR cases including complex surgeries and fetal surgeries

Qualifications

Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.

Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.

Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.

Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
