Job description

Position Summary

EAE USA is seeking a highly motivated, strategic Capital Accounts Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with our most critical hyperscale clients, including major technology firms and data center operators. This role is pivotal in driving revenue through the sale of our comprehensive electrical infrastructure solutions that power the world’s most advanced digital environments.

The ideal candidate will combine deep industry knowledge of power distribution with the ability to navigate complex procurement cycles and develop high level relationships with our clients. You will act as a consultant to our clients, ensuring that EAE’s technical excellence aligns with their long-term infrastructure capacity and scalability goals.


Key Responsibilities

· Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value capital accounts, fostering long-term partnerships with leadership, procurement, engineering, and facility operations teams.

· Strategic Growth: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and target accounts, focusing on data center expansion and industrial facility upgrades.

· Technical Sales & Consultation: Provide expert-level guidance on EAE’s product portfolio, ensuring all solutions meet strict UL safety standards and project-specific design requirements.

· Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Execution and Engineering teams to ensure production capacity, design feasibility, and project timelines are accurately communicated to the client.

· Cross-Functional Reporting: Provide regular updates on account status, market trends, and competitive intelligence to leadership to inform corporate strategy and P&L planning.


Qualifications & Requirements

· Experience: 8+ years of experience in technical sales, specifically within electrical power distribution, critical infrastructure, or the data center market.

· Technical Expertise: Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and an understanding of busway systems, power distribution units, and relevant industry codes (UL/NEC).

· Relationship Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale capital accounts and successfully negotiating high-value contracts.

· Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives and engineering teams.

· Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market data, evaluate competitor positioning, and adapt sales strategies to meet evolving client needs.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
