We aim to revolutionize the use of robotics within industry to free human resources from labor-intensive tasks to focus on more intellectual challenges.

We are seeking an Organizational Development Specialist who is responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance, culture, or structure; developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge; facilitating change management efforts, including communications and training; and coaching managers and employees on leadership and teamwork, all while working across the organization. This role is core to promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and helps it adapt to changes in the market and industry.

Position Description:

  • Assess the development needs of all operational, business, and functional units, as well as evaluating and overseeing the implementation of organizational development strategies and processes.
  • Leads the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies customized to fulfill organizational development needs and achieve program objectives.
  • Measures the achievement of established goals.
  • Supports individual development planning for executives and emerging leaders.
  • Offers comprehensive support to employees at all levels around policies, procedures, conflict resolution, problem-solving, compliance, and litigation prevention.
  • Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters.
  • Managing performance appraisal and feedback programs and coaching managers on the performance review process and the appropriate feedback, language and documentation they should use.
  • Assessing and collaborating with management to address interpersonal and work-related issues, and consulting with supervisors and managers to identify suitable mediation approaches, such as coaching, skills training, or intervention.
  • Ensuring effective and legally compliant plans to address employee performance issues and to implement performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with team to align talent acquisition and development with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate team-building activities to foster a more collaborative and effective work environment.

Position Requirements:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, organizational psychology, human resources, or a business-related discipline plus:

  • Three (3) years in the employee relations, corporate training, talent management or engagement function
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as an organizational development specialist
  • Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software.
  • Skilled in data analysis and project management.

Strongly desired:

  • Masters degree in organizational psychology, organizational development, or business administration
  • BambooHR knowledge
  • Related industry experience
  • CPTD (Talent Development) or CCMP (Change Management) professional


Physical Demands/ Work Environment:

  • Travel Requirement: Less than 5%
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to present to a group
  • Ability to work extended hours as required
