  • Experience in outside sales / field-based roles with the ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and client-facing skills
  • Experience selling recurring service contracts, maintenance programs, or long-term B2B solutions.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) and comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Experience in commercial glass and glazing service sales, relationships with property managers, general contractors, or facility teams, and exposure to high-activity outbound sales environments (cold calling, territory sales, door-to-door) are strong advantages

Benefits

  • $80Kโ€“$95K base salary with strong earning potential
  • Full benefits (medical, dental, vision)
  • 401(k) with 6% company match
  • Hybrid / outside sales flexibility with field-based autonomy

Additional compensation package:

  • $5,000 annual car allowance
  • Mileage reimbursement at $0.30/mile
