Senior Representative, Brokerage Treasury Operations

Cash Management Services - Funds Transfer Services

The Role

As an experienced Senior Representative within Treasury's Cash Management Services - Funds Transfer Services team, you will play a key role in supporting accurate and timely Money Movement-related transaction processing while adhering to policy, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.. This role is suited for professionals with a background in payments and reconciliation.

You will act as a trusted operational partner, applying sound judgment while adhering to regulatory standards, internal controls, and Fidelity policies, all while delivering a consistently high level of service to clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ACH and Wire Investigations

  • Maintain operational accuracy while processing ACH/Wire transactions

  • Independently process and oversee client payment requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to service-level expectations

  • Review, analyze, and resolve complex wire payment exceptions, exercising judgment to determine appropriate posting or return actions

  • Perform detailed reconciliation of departmental suspense accounts, identifying root causes and driving resolution of breaks

  • Partner with Treasury colleagues, Operations teams, and business stakeholders to support operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and process improvements

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 2 years of experience in Payment Operations, Treasury Operations, or a related financial services function

  • Demonstrated expertise in suspense account reconciliation and exception management

  • Knowledge of electronic payments processing, including SWIFT and wire payment workflows

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing as a collaborative team member

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Highly adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Willingness to support overtime or extended hours as business needs require

The Team

The Treasury Department, part of Fidelity's Operations and Services Group (OSG), delivers cash management, banking operations, and advisory services across Fidelity. Treasury supports Fidelity Institutional (FI), which provides brokerage, operational, risk management, and technology solutions to banks, broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, family offices, and other financial intermediaries.

The base salary range for this position is $44,000-80,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
