Seasonal Installer:
Seasonal Installers are a vital part of the Event Rental business. They ensure the safe, timely, and professional setup and breakdown of event equipment at client locations. As a Seasonal Installer, you'll transport items to and from job sites, assemble products according to event plans, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. All shifts begin at a designated Bright Event Rentals location, where you'll meet your team before traveling together to event sites for deliveries, setups, and pickups. Work takes place in both indoor and outdoor environments, often in varying weather conditions.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload vehicles with event equipment.
  • Set up and dismantle items such as tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tenting, dishware, and custom-made pieces.
  • Follow event layout plans to ensure accurate placement of equipment.
  • Travel with a driver or installation crew to multiple event sites in a single day.
  • Assist Drivers with safe maneuvering of vehicles at event sites.
  • Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and Team Members during on-site work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Qualifications for Seasonal Installers:

  • Previous event setup or installation experience is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing daily schedules based on event bookings and completion times.
  • Reliable transportation to meet at the warehouse or assigned Bright location before each shift.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly valued.
