Job Overview

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in addiction treatment facilities
  • Certification as a Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT) or Registered Addiction Counselor (RAC)

Essential Responsibilities:

As a Resident Aide/Detox Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey by:

  • Managing the comprehensive admission process for new residents, including detailed paperwork, room assignments, and initial orientations
  • Conducting thorough property searches and urine drug screenings in compliance with program standards
  • Valid drivers license. Providing critical transportation services for residents, including medical appointments, donation pickups, and agency errands
  • Participating in ongoing professional development through in-service training, workshops, and staff meetings
