At Bayer Crop Science, we're looking for an elite Technical Support Associate to be the central nervous system for our cutting-edge agricultural equipment. You won't just be answering calls - you'll be the go-to expert ensuring our field operations run flawlessly. Your Mission: Command Central for Tech: Serve as the primary technical expert for our internal teams, troubleshooting our custom equipment via calls, instant messages, and on-site support.

Hands-On & High-Tech: Assist in equipment operation, preventative maintenance, run diagnostics, and make remote machine adjustments, using your deep digital acumen to master our systems. Who you are Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent (TSA I and TSA II); Valid driver's license: Driving record (MVR) will be reviewed and must meet guidelines based on the company's Risk Screening for Hiring Drivers; Have or could acquire a Part 107 pilot license for operating UAVs; Proven ability to influence stakeholders through constructive feedback and strong networking skills; Demonstrated capacity to make informed, strategic decisions that align with organizational objectives and drive impactful results; Strong ability to assess and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects while ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes; Adaptable and resilient in dynamic environments, with a proven track record of quickly responding to changing circumstances and challenges; Eager learner with a natural curiosity and ambition, committed to continuous personal and professional development; Ability to work extended hours during peak operational seasons; Experience testing, troubleshooting, operating, and repairing equipment; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or at least five years of relevant experience, or master's degree with at least two years of relevant experience (TSA III). Posting will be available until June 15, 2026. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $63,040.00 - $94,560.00

Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
