Job description

As a Corporate Account Executive at Next Level Refresh, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our business across your local market. Your leadership, expertise, and strategic vision will be instrumental in achieving our objectives and delivering exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned and adjacent territories.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, workplace environment, and current refreshment programs.
  • Design and deliver customized, best-in-class breakroom solutions that enhance the employee experience.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure smooth onboarding and high satisfaction.
  • Recommend the optimal equipment and product mix based on customer demographics, needs, and revenue potential.
  • Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention, upsell opportunities, and referrals.
  • Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound activity, including cold calling, in-person visits, email, LinkedIn, and networking


What's In it for you:

Compensation: Base salary of $50,000, plus uncapped commission tied to revenue performance.
By way of example, building and managing a customer base generating $2.4M in annual revenue would
equate to approximately $43,000 in additional commission.
