What are some common challenges faced by box packers and how can they be addressed?

Box packers often encounter challenges such as maintaining speed while ensuring accuracy, handling repetitive tasks without losing focus, and managing physical strain from lifting or standing for extended periods. Teamwork and clear communication with supervisors also help in resolving issues quickly and maintaining a smooth workflow.
