Job description

Behavior Monitor- In Home Behavioral Services
South Plymouth, Boston, or Fall River, MA
Evening and Weekend Hours Available |Full-Time & Part-Time

Support. Empower. Prevent.
Make a real difference in the lives of children and their families! As a Behavior Monitor, you'll work directly with parents and caregivers to teach practical strategies that reduce challenging behaviors and help children build important life skills. Using evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior parent training, you'll empower families to create positive change at home and in the community.
We're looking for passionate Behavior Monitors in South Plymouth and Brockton to work evening and occasional weekend hours, supporting families within a 30-minute travel radius.
Your impact
  • Conduct FBAs, develop individualized BSPs, and monitor progress to guide ongoing treatment.
  • Coach and support families/caregivers in implementing behavior strategies at home.
  • Provide structured skill-building sessions and support reduction of challenging behaviors.
  • Ensure the safety, health, and daily well-being of youth in your care.
  • Observe, collect, and report behavioral data; implement treatment procedures as outlined.
  • Coordinate care and maintain communication with the Behavior Consultant and other providers.

What You Bring
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience, paired with reliable transportation (travel is required)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Previous experience with social/emotional disabilities preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wrap-around team
